How To Rent A City Portal?
At the top of each city portal if the city has not been rented you will see a white link
"CLICK HERE TO RENT THIS (City Name) (State Name) (Product Name) WORLDWIDE SPLASH PAGE PORTAL"
If the city is not already rented to another distributor you simple click on that link and fill out the rental form completely. If the city portal has already rented the link to rent the city will be gone! Only one distributor can rent any one city. The object here is to get into the portal co-op rotation system so you should rent the next open city to your town. This will still give you all traffic to that city and put you in the portal co-op rotation system where your company link and contact information will be displayed on all the cities in your state that are not rented giving you the opportunity to capture sales from other cities in your state. This can be more powerful then the city you actually rented!
Filling Out The Rental Form:
The form must be filled out completely. Most of it is self explanatory and common.
The company field If you do not have a company Put your last name in the field with Enterprises after it. This is used in the optimization and is important. "LastName Enterprises"
Your Name: Your name is used in optimization of your city portal and placed on the portal in sentences like "My Name is ______ I am your CityName StateName Distributor". So please use your name!
Note: The Referral Tracking Code: This is the most confusing part of the portal system. In this field you put your company User Name or Company ID# in the field.
This field is the most important field on the form it makes all the links on your city portal go to "your" company replicated web site.
If your company URL looks like:
http://www.Company.com/index.php?c=ordernow "ordernow" would go in the field.
If your company URL looks like:
http://www.Company.com/index.php?c=16721 "16721" would go in the field.
If your company URL looks like:
http://UserName.Company.com "UserName" would go in the field.
Make sure all fields are filled out and you have chosen your state and country from the drop down lists, choose the Monthly, Bi-Annual or Annual term of the subscription, fill in the "Verification Code" (VERY TOUCHEY) and click the button that says:
"I Agree To The Rental Agreement Complete the Rental of this city".
You will then be redirected to PayPal to complete your subscription.
Once you have started your subscription
Please Allow up to 48 hours to complete the set up of your account. This is not a self replicating system it requires manual set up of your city portal. Also these portals are not like your company provided replicated site or the other self replicating systems being sold online today as "marketing tools".
Check your city portal after 24 hours when you see your name and phone number on the portal you can log in and add your image, ad links to your other Domains, Blogs, and social networks, change contact info, and if you know HTML you can change the entire body of your city portal. When you ad links to your other advertising sources you should add a link from the site you linked back to your city portal for reciprocal link popularity.
If your Image looks squishy or deformed your image is to large and needs to be resized the image size is: 90px X 135px
Marketing Your Portal For Additional Traffic
We highly recommend that you register a domain name and have that domain name redirected to your city portal and use it in all your online marketing efforts. It will cost you less then $10 a year for your own domain name and reward you well beyond that. I use My Godaddy account HERE to register domains.
Tip: "Do Not MASK" your domain when forwarding it to your city portal this simply places your domain in an IFrame at the registrar and actually will hurt your search engine positioning. DO not forward domains to a your replicated web sites this will only help promote the company in the search engines and they don't need the help.
